The carbon-based fertilizer production line is to make carbon-based fertilizer from inorganic matter and organic matter such as ammonium sulphate, ammonium phosphate, 藁, wood, plant residues. It typically consists of several stages, including carbonization, crushing, mixing, granulating, drying, cooling and packaging. The whole equipment process is compact, scientific and advanced, which has the advantage of energy saving and consumption reducing, no waste removal, stable operation, reliable running, convenient maintenance.
Working Process
- 炭化: The organic matter in the raw material needs to go through a carbonization process, which is heated to high temperatures to remove moisture and volatile organic matter, leaving behind a carbonaceous material rich in carbon. This step is usually performed in a high-temperature carbonization furnace.
- Crushing: The carbonaceous material produced needs to be crushed to ensure the size and uniformity of the particles.
- Mixing: Inorganic nutrients like NPK are added to carbonaceous materials to prepare carbon-based fertilizers rich in specific nutrients.
- Granulating: Then the fertilizer mixture can be granulated to form small pellets that are easier to handle and apply. This can be done using a disc granulator or a rotary drum granulator.
- Drying: With the help of a rotary dryer, the granulated fertilizer are dried to remove any excess moisture.
- Cooling and screening: The dried fertilizer pellets are cooled and screened to remove any dust or fines.
- Packaging and storage: The finished granular carbon-based fertilizer are packaged and stored in a dry and cool place.
