The carbon-based fertilizer production line is to make carbon-based fertilizer from inorganic matter and organic matter such as ammonium sulphate, ammonium phosphate, straw, wood, plant residues. It typically consists of several stages, including carbonization, crushing, mixing, granulating, drying, cooling and packaging. Working Process

  1.   4. Granulating: Then the fertilizer mixture can be granulated to form small pellets that are easier to handle and apply. This can be done using a disc granulator or a rotary drum granulator.
  5. Drying: With the help of a rotary dryer, the granulated fertilizer are dried to remove any excess moisture.
  6. Cooling and screening: The dried fertilizer pellets are cooled and screened to remove any dust or fines.
  7. Packaging and storage: The finished granular carbon-based fertilizer are packaged and stored in a dry and cool place.
